I have very limited knowledge on this, basically limited to having watched every season of Love on the Spectrum. I'm told that gives a good sense of the breadth of the spectrum, which is amazing.

I use an IFS model for understanding substance abuse as a strategy of protectors to numb the system. Of course, very interested in other approaches.
