Mine is The Fundamentals of Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy: Core Skills and Integrative Strategies for Trauma, Grief & Anxiety by Daphne Fatter. Its relatively short, but very intense and focused on the core skills. Watching Dick Schwartz demos are fantastic, of course. But Daphne explains the process really well. To be honest, I haven't yet worked through all the EMDR and Polyvagal sections. Just the IFS training is worth the price of admission in my opinion.
The Internal Family Systems Skills Training Manual is pretty good too. It has some great exercises and case studies.
